This is where I try to structurize my thoughts and ideas about software development and other stuff that interests me.

I am currently most passionate about:

• agile as a mindset
• tecniques and drivers for delivering IT product quality

I have been contributing to communities of practice since 2006 when I first joined an initiative for female students in technology studies at NTNU: Jenteprosjektet Ada, becoming an assistant organizer for Oslo XP meetup in 2011 and now being chairman in Oslo Software Architecture Meetup (OSWA). In 2017 I started a community of practice inside the organization where I work about agile.
